During this workshop, a ScreenSteps knowledge expert will help you and your team align and determine what resources will need to be created or updated.
During this workshop, we work together to get your operations team and training team on the same page. Everyone leaves the workshop feeling confident in what employees need to know, what they need to be able to do, and exactly how they should be doing it.
We help your team define what employees need to be able to do and what they need to know. This lays the groundwork for what digital guides we need to create and what foundational knowledge employees will need to learn.
During this stage of the workshop, we will dig into exactly what the process looks like for all of your employee tasks and procedures. This will gives us the blueprint for how to design digital guides that your new hires and tenured employees will use.
Our “all-hands-on-deck” Find & Follow Planning Workshops last around 4 hours and are designed to be interactive, engaging, and highly productive. Here’s a summary of how the workshops are run.

First, we’ll work with your team to identify the “triggers'' or moments where end-users require support. What questions do users have? What transactions are they performing? What policies or procedures are they required to follow?

The next step is understanding your current content landscape. Together we’ll create a list of all the content you already have documented. Then we’ll evaluate that content for usefulness and accuracy.
At the end of this step, we’ll know exactly what needs to be updated and who is in charge of doing so.
Based on step one and step two, we’ll now be able to easily identify where our content gaps are. A gap is considered a question or transaction a rep has that does not have a resource documented.

We recommend allocating four hours for our Find & Follow Planning Workshop. While it might not take all four hours, it often does. A good rule of thumb is that the Find & Follow Planning Workshop should “take as long as it needs to.”
No! You can invite as many participants as you want. We recommend only inviting those who are necessary and will be impacted by the project. We don’t want “too many cooks in the kitchen.”
