**Trainer's Guide Template:** This template will help you outline your training sessions, including length, topics, understanding, and practice activities.

**Foundational Course Template:** This template will help you develop your initial foundational course for each subject. 

*Reminder: foundational courses should only cover the what and the why of a topic, not the how. *
